MalcolmW
No way would Arsenal loan him back to a 3rd division team. Spurs bought Dele Alli from MK Dons while they were in in the third tier ad loaned him back for a full season (in which MKD got promoted). Sweep
Spurs bought Dele Alli from MK Dons while they were in in the third tier ad loaned him back for a full season (in which MKD got promoted). Now then Malc.....That's not true is it. They bought him in the Feb and loaned him back until the end of the season (which was only 3 months), not for a full season. Blondi
I wish Holding all the best in his career, fair price for us at this moment in time and maybe we'll receive a further 5 million when Real Madrid poach him from Arsenal for 25 million in a few years time. jules_darby
Keane and Wilson set to leave Utd. Doubt we could afford wages, but if we could spend a couple of quid from the Holdong deal on a striker we could do worse than either of them
SnoopJohnnyJohn
See i think 2 million is about fair for what we think of him and what Arsenal think of him. He was our best player last season, but we were relegated from the Championship dead bottom of the table with a terrible defensive record. Regardless of how "good" Holding is, it's a risk for any buying party. And we may very well get him back on loan, the rumours are that Arsenal have 2 more defensive signings in play (Jason Denayer from City and Matthias Ginter from Dortmund) and I really think they're snapping up Holding IN CASE he turns into a good player. We all know how Arsene loves his kids...

tomski
Holding is from Denton. All the best. Has got us some money in. More bothered about who replaces him now though. We really need to clear out decks out more though. A few bad eggs need going. Come on Wigan you know what to do
