Change Of Owner?

Sam Allardyce, Sunderland manager and shareholder in Bolton Wanderers. Be interesting if we draw each other in the FA Cup.

It wouldn't be allowed. It's against FA rules for someone to be involved in 2 different clubs due to the obvious conflict of interest.

Michel Platini is looking to (hide) invest some millions that he happened across and has therefore installed Youri Djorkaeff as frontman of his consortium, and is going to purchase the Mighty Bolton Wanderers and get them to the top of the Premier League..The former Bolton legend is chomping at the bit to move back to the Bolton area.Paris Nice and the Loire Valley just can't compare!

they exist on clicks

cranks

This.

All them ads that appear, they get paid for them. Only micro-amounts, but it adds up. Hence the more bollocks they write, the more they earn.

Don't read it, don't give them the oxygen they need to survive, don't post links on here.

Fuck knows what they've got on Iles. They'll be sat in the pressbox with him next. Bollocks.

This is a genuine question because i am thick as fuck. Could someone tell me if Eddie Davies decided to call his £180mill debt in, what would happen. Woudl we just cease to exist and start  again as AFC Wanderers of Bolton

it can only be called in with 10 years notice

if it gets called in, it would depend on who the owners were how it might play out

My concern is a Stockport County situation

Stadium leased back to us; our profits don't cover the rent

Fucked

and then having to put our prices, from £8 a ticket, up to Stockport's levels of £15 to cover it....

looks like he will get paid a fixed fee for running the blog by sbnation

http://www.sbnation.com/pages/openings

obvs the more visits he gets, will help sbnation make more ad revenue, and it's easier to get clicks if you make on you know something

be surprised if he gets more than £100 a month or owt

but if he got no visits at all, they'd bin them off, probably

As has been said 'moonshift' has to give ten years notice for the £180m but that's besides the point

As ED owns Bwfc he could sell the assets tomorrow if he wished- stadium, car park, training ground, lostock etc and draw it into his personal account as a dividend

He could even fold the club and sell the registration to Salford if he wished (as happened with Wimbledon)

The loan to moonshift is really irrelevant, as he owns Bwfc outright he could do all the above whenever he wanted. That's why I'm confident he's not expecting anywhere near £180m back, I bet the sum total of all the assets are not worth 25% of that.

We need to be careful what we wish for though, get the wrong buyer in who sells off these assets to fund a striker or two and we could be really in trouble as without any assets we really have got nothing of value.

That was my (subtle) point - the idea of Allardyce being involved whilst being a club manager is laughable.

His son Craig will take his place by proxy, Big Sam will still be pulling the string. When Allardyce is potted by Sunderland once he's taken them down, he'll come back. He's just biding his time.

Why is this thread still named "Thai" takeover?

Shirley it should be changed to ex-footballers/chancers/Ne'er do wells consortium Takeover. (Fronting for some dodgy foreign types, hopefully a Texan Billionaire with mind issues)
