Change Of Owner?

There was one a few weeks ago with a 3-part question on architecture of towns/cities in Northern England:

A town in Greater Manchester with an outstanding Gothic Revival Town Hall, and also the birthplace of the Co-operative movement - they had an 'educated guess' at Oldham.

A city within 5 miles of the large country house Wentworth Woodhouse, which is close to the M1 motorway - 'educated guess' was Derby.

A city with the Neoclassical St George's Hall opposite the main railway station - 'uneducated guess' Leeds.

And this was a very good team trying to answer.

OU boy going

Rochdale

Blackburn

Stoke

But then again I'm studying humanities

What Bad news?....

Ameobi can't even play for free, Feeney poss to Preston, Vela and Clough to Swansea, Pratley to Ipswich, Salmazadeh to Derby, Sportshield named as preferred bidder then goalposts moved again, Chairman of Trust is an associate of Gartside.......... Otherwise none I guess, depending on your viewpoint.

I asked Iles three times yesterday to confirm the club had told him that ED had changed the goalposts he didn't respond once,

Today he was having a pop saying new news on the takeover but it's 7:28am or summit in Bermuda.

He's getting on my tits now, as Horwich mentioned and others about his info obviously coming from Sports Shield, his reporting is becoming a little swayed.

If he's doesn't know what's going from the clubs side there's no need for comments about it being morning in Bermuda

Sports Shield have retweeted two of Isles's tweets which were having a dig at the state of the possible takeover.

He has to write something, doesn't he?

The BEN has always been stymied by its reliance on the club for information. Since the hand isn't going to be feeding him any more he may as well bite it and eat elsewhere.

Of course he does.

But the current climate needs handling carefully. If he's spouting out what sports shield are Wanting to tell him to create unrest then this potentially has a knock on effect to folk who are in a panic about it all.

He needs to remain as impartial as he can in all of this IMO.

If he doesn't know the full story he should be more selective about what he puts out there.

This sports shield effort looks shambolic and he could alienate himself with some of his comments
