Change Of Owner?

You're at it again spider.

Not everything is so polarised.

Folk can raise questions and have reservations as well as being fully behind the new regime.

I'm totally behind deanos mob.

I Wouldn't mind knowing how much cash they actually have and wouldn't mind hearing from Mr Anderson and hearing his intentions. But I'm still fully behind it as there's no other option.

There's a few snippets in that interview I think we can cling on to and pray theyve got this right.

Btw, What's happened to Brett Warby and co then? Have all the board been replaced do we know?

All this backing the regime is also bollocks, we support the club, whoever is sat in the big chair in the big office is not relevant, in many ways it is irrelevant who actually plays, other than fans everything in football is transient.

There is not one player we have who if a Premier Club came knocking would not walk. ( dare say not much knocking likely), Deanos lot would have bought a premier club if they had the money. The sad thing about how the ED and PG time has ended up is that they both were real fans.

If you look at the money that has been spent over last 10-15 years we are probably back to about where we were at the start, in the Rioch days he talked about the dream being Burnden filled for a game, you could argue we have lived the dream and now it is back to reality.

The devil is in the detail and at present its wafer thin.

There are a lot of questions. But here's a simple one from a simple shareholder:

'The last time BWFC had a chairman, football manager AND CEO, the club had football income of £58.45m.

How much has been budgeted to pay Messrs Anderson, Holdsworth and AN Other this season and next season?'

Much less than has been budgeted for Messrs Davies (M), Pratley and Amos I'd expect.

I can see you aint daft from your posts, but I don't think this type of comment helps.

Players wages are the main show in town as you well understand.

It all counts

Some of the teams we will be playing next season have a hand ful of non playing staff

We have 300

The less of them pulling executive salaries the better so we can focus our revenue on the field and have a shot at getting out of league 1

I get all that Birch, but I find Gudni's question a little mischievous - bait for the tin foil hatters as it were.

Put it this way, if Anderson's 'contacts' get a couple of higher earners off the books quickly then he's probably paid for himself.

As for revenue off the field, don't think the sponsorship deal is a great start but I'm prepared to keep an open mind.

Some folk aren't happy to see 'suits' get paid for their work, overpaid players are the problem and have been for some time.

That certainly came across on the Deano video from yesterday, there seemed to be a lot of staff in the shop, ticket office and plenty sat behind desks, I never realised how much of a big employer in the town the club must be

when eddie didnt pay his staff there was uproar

when deano lays em off in the coming months, its going to be worse

let's see who he lays off before we get outraged. I've no inside knowledge of the staff structure but they will and if it isn't right then no stone should be unturned.

Exactly. The same folk who were moaning people spouting facts without evidence have changed their tune
