Amos

Derik wheater dervite casado

Vela Danns

Feeney Clayton pratley

Madine

Seeing as I think Danns is a bit shit and Spearing is injured I'd go with -

Amos

Pisano, Prince, Wheats, Casado

Derik, Pratley

Feeney, Davies, Clayton

Madine

4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 I don't know or care but I think that'd be a decent team capable of some good football.

The only time we have won this season i was out of the country. I think there lies the solution. Someone book me a nice last minute holiday and i shall take one for the team.

I'm off to Tenerife tomorrow and having missed our only win this season we're nailed on for 6 points this week.

In fact, last time I saw us win was over 7 months ago, and I've been to most home and away games.

Correct, but we did not have 20k home fans for some premier league games even when we were doing well.

Don't know how true it is, but I'm sure they said yesterday that Derby have 24K season ticket holders, what do we have? - 8K maybe

I wouldn't play Vela, Pratley and Danns at home, think Silva for Vela, not sure I'd play Dervite either think Prince gives us more cover with his pace if we're taking the game to Birmingham.

I want to see Vela play just to check he's still alive

a home centre midfield of Vela, Pratley will do me

The ticket office told me in the summer we had just under 11k season ticket holders. I reckon crowds have held up remarkably well, all things considered. Apart from the false dawn of that play-off push under DF 2 and a half years ago we've been hanging round the bottom of the table for 4 years now. And I'm not sure what slagging off our fanbase achieves either.

you really are fcuking precious for somebody so quick to chuck shite at people

from next year we have to survive on what we make

we're miles behind teams with parachute money

that's not going to change

but to be so far behind the other teams in this league has to make it very difficult to compete

next season there'll be up to 9 parachute teams

add in the likes of wolves, forest and wednesday, we're on the back foot

thats not slagging anybody off

its stating fact

and the problem isnt the ones going its the ones who cant face up to a bit of shit

I'm quick to chuck shite at individuals I think have mismanaged us into this sorry state, but let's not go over that again. I'm just not clear what good all this negativity is doing. As one of those who's kept going through the darkest of dark times (like plenty more on here), I'll keep supporting. I'll also keep on at others to do the same - as I have plenty of times on here, encouraging people to get their lapsed mates back on board. I just don't think feeling sorry for ourselves or indulging some kind of inferiority complex is the answer, is all.

on this, we're on the same page

and so is meldrew

but we've got to face up to where we are at

i keep reading about long term fans who have fcuked it off

im sure some have but to me - and you - long term is 30 years or more

id guess half of those there in 85 have jossed it

it only leaves 3 or 4 thou

id hazard a guess those 'hardcore' whove stopped are generally those who jumped on the rioch bandwagon

if you couldn't support bolton in the last 25 years, fcuk me, its gonna be one long disappointment
