He was found guilty twice by a jury, 12 of his peers. In both cases they listen to the evidence and a. said that he sexually assaulted the woman, and b. the look at the evidence and found him guilty and the jury decide that he must pay 83.3 million, not the judge, father Christmas or some other boogie man that the right puts forward, the jury found him guilty twice.

Can argue about court cases and juries etc, but as long as prosecuters are elected there will be concerns.

I don't follow it closely, but there have been suggestions that case(s) were heard in New York deliberately as it is a heavily democrat area, hence a reflection on the jury.

I'd hate law officials to be elected here, though without doubt some abuse their position.
