RoadRunnerFan Posted December 28, 2015 Share Posted December 28, 2015 Wheater headed everything and full backs were great too.  Nothing flash from Holding just does the basics of the job well ie makes it difficult for his man to get crosses in.  Need more from the midfield though everything through Feeney or straight up to Madine again. Â Agree with you there, still over reliant on the lad though. Â Gap between midfield and forwards still too big for me, difficult for us to play a five man midfield though if Madine is going to be the target man and still make best use of our most talented payers (Davies and Clough). Good to see Spearing run on the pitch at the end to congratulate the players, even though he was left out again. Just love beating the dingles. Moxey's was a pen. Vela's shot was too close to the defender who had his back turned.  They should have had one off Pratley, so although the ref was shit, he was consistent. Burndens Bogs Posted December 28, 2015 Share Posted December 28, 2015 (edited) It's only the 3rd time I've seen us play this season cos i'm the worlds shittest fan,but i enjoyed it thoroughly. It was good to see plenty of effort and players throwing bodies in front of everything Blackburn threw at us,it was nice to hear the crowd get behind the team and will them over the line. Sure there's an obvious lack of individual quality and confidence is low, but we don't look like a side that deserves to be rock bottom imo. I think I might have a slice of the Udders game and take it from there, I think we can get out of this.
