He's got experience in all 4 divisions and been quite successful, a strong connection with the club and I suspect he'd crawl over broken glass to get it. Coyle believed in clapping and table tennis. There is the difference. Holdsworth is big into sports science and analytics too, as he has already mentioned. According to the Southend fans, they noticed a considerable difference in players fitness levels since Brown took over, they are much fitter.
