kent_white
There is a song that doesn't get sung anymore - a proper oldie that was never sung even when I started going in about 1994. Says something along the lines of 'they all laugh at us and they all say our days are numbered' What is the full song? Might be worth a resurrection given our current plight? Gets aired plenty, though tends to peter out towards the end when people either disagree about, or just have no idea, what the words are! Glory be to God that there weren't more of us, We'd have took the fucking lot. ( I don't think the song was exclusive to Bolton, with other clubs having their own versions )

Sung every away day still by our lot. Mostly in pubs, occasionally in the stand. The owd 'uns are the best.

kent_white
What I mean is - it doesn't get sung much at the match these days, or if it does its by small pockets of a few rather than a couple of hundred. I've been going to the match for the past 20 years and I've never heard a rousing rendition of it. I've heard a few half arsed attempts under the stands - but like has been pointed out already, it tends to fizzle out. Anyway - I think it's a good one to resurrect. Cracking song. ianovit
My favourite Wanderers chant .........sadly only seem to hear it on return drink fuelled away trips.
