Merely a punting investment that didn't go the way I would have liked it to. Germany means fuck all to me (other than business connections).As a hardened punter, just like a good few on here, we realise that no one wins all the time. The punters motto "It only hurts for a minute". Being serious, I would have said that Germany were by far the better team but a couple of brain explosions seems to have brought them undone. They say your blood thins. One thing I do know, when I have been in Bolton and it's 12, it feels nothing like as cold as it does here at the same temp.
