It's also why you cut into her view from jakes as that's how the game works, cutting from one playable character to the next. Also, a lot of the characters play themselves or others from the game to the TV programme. Shows how lines have blurred between entertainment formats. I read the Tom Clancy novels many years ago after watching Hunt for Red October.
