They take transfers SERIOUSLY on there.

Come the revolution that kaveh twat and that dharmesh twat are going against the wall

I mean, tbf, they're just doing what they've been asked to do,but it's awful tv

Is Kaveh kept in storage 363 days a year and only wheeled out on deadline days? There's not an ounce of irony or humour in that bloke he's straight up TRANSFERS.

I skipped through it earlier on and Allardyce and a social media influencer were doing some sort of skit. Send the tanks in.

I watched about 20 mins earlier on lunch. First time in about 6 years.

It's gone from Jim White shouting and wearing a yellow tie to 95% of the screen being yellow telling us about 3rd division bundesliga journeymen moving to some other shite club and tickers telling us transfers that we knew happened two days ago.

Bobbins.

While it’s disappointing we didn’t add to our ranks and frustrating that IE’s target(s) didn’t materialise on the day, it’s pleasing to know we haven’t panicked and gone for just anybody in order to boost our numbers.

If the individual isn’t right then it can do more harm than good. The recruitment policy after Tobias has left  has so far been spot on.

Much better doing your recruitment early in the window and getting these lads established in the squad.

All 9 new additions, including making last year’s loans permanent, will all have an important role to play this season. Dixon, Johnston, Sheehan, Baka and Afolayan have already made themselves starters in our first 11. Kachunga looks promising with 2 great assists so far from the subs bench, hopefully more to come here. And Aimson and Amaechi looked good preseason before injuries.

All in all a very good transfer window.

Amaechi, Aimson & Bakoyoko will all be back with us before too long, Kachunga should hopefully be somewhere approaching match fit in the same time frame.

We are far from thin on the ground options wise with a full squad

Squad looks fine for mid table when everyone's fit, but they aren't.  I'm a bit concerned about the next 10 or so league games, I know Delf scored last night but his performance only increased thoughts that he's struggling, couldn't get into the game at all.  Kachunga clearly not making an impact yet and anyway is more of a wide player than striker.

We could do worse than getting Shaun Miller back on a short term contract as cover in case Doyle is injured (or another relatively fit and available out of contract striker, I'm sure IE will have a list).

Signed for Nantwich Town a few weeks ago.

Blimey, he's better than that.  Out of interest, I wonder how binding a contract is with a Northern Prem team, not thinking of Miller particularly, that was just a throw away idea, but if someone's playing for Athy Colls or Warrington, and Sheff Wed or Sunderland want to give them a contract, surely an arrangement can be made.  Or maybe not?

Any decent ones at that level tend to be on a contract. Rare for clubs to demand daft money though as they don’t want to be seen to be standing in a player’s way
