I'd be surprised if he gets a better club than us in next couple of years unless there's a "its who you know" situation eg a manager that is an ex-City employee. I’m not even sure he’d come back if we went up. He may well like it here but if Man City let him go they’ll want a fee of fair sorts and he will go to someone who matches his wages or betters them. I’ve no idea what he’s on but I’m pretty confident it will be more than anything we could pay cos if it was we’d of tried to sign him when his contract would of been up rather than have him sign a 4 year deal. He suits our system though. He's comfortable with the ball at his feet and comes off his line like a 'sweeper keeper' (speaking with my Football Manager head on).
