gonzo
Given the size, prominence and deep line of the Barnsley back line we'd have drawn as much success from lumping it long as we did trying it as we did. Absolute meat and drink for those Center backs.

Zog1
Good luck to him, he clearly wasn't upto snuff in League One but is probably fairly average in League Two.

Leyther_Matt
Exactly where I predicted he’d end up. Bottom end League Two or a promotion chasing Conference club. He’s somehow managed to tick both. Clearly they didn’t bother watching their own highlights when we played them last season 🤣

Not sure IE took a punt and gave him a chance, having been impressed at conference level He showed himself not to be good enough So was replaced and demoted to the bench When he got further chances in cup games, as is the way with second choice keepers, he showed repeatedly that he wasn't good enough And now he's gone back to the conference

I fully accept he wasn’t good enough but when he first came in the defence in front of him wasn’t the best and after we signed Trafford he got virtually no football from week to week as he wasn’t even playing regularly for the B Team. Just throwing him in occasionally just wasn’t fair to me and it was no wonder that the lad always looked nervous and lacking confidence. I do think he’s a better keeper than he’s showed here and I just hope that out of the spotlight and playing regularly at Hartlepool he can get his confidence back and show that.
