Whites man
It'd be dangerous in my house. I'd end up twatting everyone because I was hangry. The unlimited sausage on offer means it has not a likely possibility mate.
Members DazBob
I'm doing the Wigan half marathon next Sunday; that goes through Haigh Hall so presumably that will be a test for the legs too? All depends which way you go I suppose. The Parkrun starts at the cafe and it's a constant downhill for the first half, Obvs meaning the second half is constant uphill back to the start/finish. It's nice though as its proper woodland running. I'd be hoping you get the downhill though if it's part of a half marathon. Still, it's hard on your knees. Best of luck. Whites man
Got my last big training run before the Manchester Marathon on Friday, a 20 miler. After that calorie expenditure I can tuck into unlimited sausage with all the trimmings guilt free.

Members DazBob
I did the Burrs Park run in Bury this morning, it's a good alternative if you can't make the usual Saturday morning runs and fairly flat too. Have my doubts about it being only 5k though as I came in 2 mins slower than I did at a far more challenging Haigh Hall run yesterday. Was up the hill and then back down afterwards, but even so fair fucks to anyone that does that every Saturday. Members DazBob
I need a kick up the arse, over 2 mins slower for me at Bolton this week than my last run there. Seeing Casino struggle over the line and looking like he was going to die is the kind of effort I need to start putting in again.
