Making a fist if it as they say. Wonder if Leyther Matt got his chips.😊

I did 😀 one hell of a chase in the end (second innings, not the chippy) but always up against it after such a low first innings total

Stupid last 6 overs last evening cost us in the end . Valiant knock from Rob Jones today.

Glad that was De Grandhomme's last game. He won't be missed

Big week this week for Lancs away at Warwickshire. Don't want to be getting dragged into relegation battle.

Balderson and Mitchell in please and maybe Luke Wood.

Does it really matter?

Its very much second rate these days with the better players in the country never playing

Seems massively devalued and serving v little purpose

Plus lancs twitter is worse than bwfc

About time Lancashire gave up on playing in Cumbria. Weather doesn't allow results.

Why not, given most of the games are played in Greater Manchester?

Is that because their home stadium was subject to boundary changes?
Or have they chosen to suddenly play in a different county?

Well, if you believe in the new non-counties, Sedbergh is in Yorkshire

Either way, it's not Lancs.

History.

Correct and the fact it was originally in Lancs.
Pretty much why Bolton Wanderers from Greater Manchester still use a red rose on the badge.

Lancashire changed their official name from Lancashire County Cricket Club to Lancashire Cricket Club.
I can live with that. Recognising its history whilst accepting the regional changes. Liverpool missed out to Sedbergh much to their annoyance and that’s in Merseyside.

Is that a proper professional cricket match? - it looks a bit "jumpers for goalposts" although I'm sure I can see @tomskithere in the crowd, with his pink shirt and shades on

Probably get more than at OT for a day match during the week wherever it’s played. It’s good that they can take matches throughout the county/area.

There were about 150 more at Sedbergh than day one of the county game at EOT last week
