Happy Wanderer Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 All games are important no matter what stage of the season but with Marching having more than its fair share of away games, this home game is equally as important as the last. We all know what a load of old cobblers Northampton are yet I expect them to run around in a nice pair of boots. I predict 3-1 Quote
stevieb Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 5 nil. 5 different scorers, 5 Morais assists. Quote
Big E Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 if we can play for longer than the first 15 at home i can see us winning comfortably. Hopefully the partnership between ALF and Madine can grow (fair fucks to him he has done well the last 2) Quote
Spider Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 12-0 Jeff Stelling meltdown on Soccer AM as Morris bags 11 goals. Quote
radcliffe white Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 It's a simple must win which makes it tense. Bradford and fleetwood have winnable home games so keep it going lads Quote
Casino Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 Anderson has played nearly ten games for northampton He hasn't scored since his hat trick on debut Jsl Quote
Tonge moor green jacket Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 Forgot about him. Wish you hadn't said that now... Quote
Carlos Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 How is Proctor doing? Fuck me, what a turnaround. Quote
Smiley Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 With Northampton coming to us on the back of 3 wins, could be harder than we expect. I'm going with a narrow 3-2. Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 (edited) I'll take 1-0 now. Play like last night could and it could be 3/4/5-0 we are in fantastic form bursting with players who's confidence is sky high, I'll still take a 1-0 though. Edited March 15, 2017 by Mounts Kipper Quote
enzo gambaro Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 With Northampton coming to us on the back of 3 wins, could be harder than we expect. I'm going with a narrow 3-2. Maybe, though they've conceded 17 goals in their last six aways. Mind you, we've only scored nine in our last six homes, and four of those were against Walsall. 0-0, then. Quote
Casino Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 3 - 1 need to bag early Bagging early hasn't been a problem Quote
Tonge moor green jacket Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 First hat trick for a Bolton player this season. Quote
madthatter Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 Bagging early hasn't been a problem True but last two games it would seem we've turned up the gas a bit. I'd worry if we don't score early the crowd may get a bit tetchy which probably wont help. If we do I'd like to think we'd carry on in the same vein. Quote
Lostock Whites Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 It will be an expectant crowd How many you reckon will be there? I know Northampton will be bringing a following as well, already sold 600 with a 1.6k allocation. Quote
Matt Lofthouse Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 2-0 Wheater and ALF with a brace of assists from Phil. Quote
land_and_sea Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 I think that Parky has instilled a do or die attitude in the players, none of this go up by a goal and then just stand around. I think the players realize what promotion means for the club. We'll win 3-1 or 4-1. Alf,Maxine and Beavers for us. Morais lots of assists. Quote
frank_spencer Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 Bagging early hasn't been a problemAye it's been following the goal up with a 2nd one.And not necessarily a change in tactics but a shift in attitude from the players after we go one up. Quote
bolty58 Posted March 16, 2017 Posted March 16, 2017 The roll will continue. We'll score 3 or 4. Quote
