Moderators Casino Posted March 18, 2017 Moderators Share Posted March 18, 2017 We could've had 3 penalties, at least, in the first half alone Shirt pulling galore There's even a chance their first was offside Will need to look later Even at 1 down I felt we would win Streets in front of them And that ref and the linesman in front of us took shite to new depths
radcliffe white
Another leading role by madine The ref was a knob And I fancy going oxford
darrener
The ref was Biz and he took ages to take free kicks, even the penalty took an age to take. Not a fan of Madine but he had a good game especially second half. Alf ran his bollox off. Sign of a good team that can grind out a result at this time of the season Fleetwood couldn't manage it but unfortunately Bradford did. Win on Tuesday and I think we can do this God dammit. Can't wait for Shrewsbury next week it's getting exciting coywm

Site Supporter superjohnmcginlay Posted March 18, 2017 Site Supporter Share Posted March 18, 2017 Left on 71 mins as had to pick the kids up from a party. Was quite dejected at 1-0 Got outside.... lovely to hear the roar for the equaliser. Knew it was a pen, listening to the whistle go then the split second of silence before the roar was quite good! then half way home Hearing Tony Kelly going mental on Tower FM Though we dominated but didn't create, Silly foul that led to the goal, Whistle happy ref, I'm in Bristol on Tuesday half tempted to pop to Oxford
marple whites
In the cold light of day we had a lot of chances. Their goal in injury time I thought was defo onside but seeing it again, they flick it on so offside. At the end of the day, 3 points, another game gone and on to the next. bwfc2003
We got lucky with the penalty and the game without the pen we would of lost. Oh well better to have a lucky general. Defininelety a penalty
Moderators Casino Posted March 18, 2017 Moderators Share Posted March 18, 2017 Just seen the penalty and I'm not sure about it But look as the corner comes over, yet another shirt pull on madine Its not even debatable
Moderators Zico Posted March 18, 2017 Moderators Share Posted March 18, 2017 Overheard some northampton fans on the way out and their take was we'd had that many claims that one of them, probably the least likely, was bound to come in

RoadRunnerFan
Clear offside on their equaliser, our pen was definitely a 'unuatural arm position' as per the law. Far more so than say Mark Davies at Everton a few years back. Dissapointed with Matt Taylor trooping straight down the tunnel at full time, got a deserved good reception apart from some deserved grief for time-wasting. Onwards and. Upwards. White Shirt
Amazing what happens when you actually use the midfield and drop Tom Thorpe. Promotion win that. Shows character. ????????

I genuinely dont get why he reacted the way he did to their 'equaliser' celebrate the 'goal' by all means, but the fist pumps at the esl, wtf? Members bolty58
I remember that Bournemouth match because In the morning I picked up my TV175 from a scooter shop in Bury. I got a puncture on the way home which was the first of many breakdowns while I had it. The joys of owning a Lambretta! I will have to check the year of that match Boby as I got my first Lambretta (Li 125 made up to 150 Pacemaker spec) around that time too. Unlike yourself, I had a blinder which hardly ever gave me any mechanical problems. Like a dick, I made it into a skelly when the skinhead era really took a hold and it was never the same since. I would have been green with envy of the S3 TV175 though. Great win and I loaded up at 1.80. We are going straight up. Sensing a great run right to the end of the season. jules_darby
Did we hound him out or something?he was certainly underappreciated IMO, but he's another one that split opinion. For me he was hard working and didn't let us down. He's also been pro-BWFC on social media before so not sure what's changed. Maybe he got shit first yesterday by someone or maybe it's just the heat of the game?

Krazy Korner were calling him a wanker yesterday but a professional footballer at 37 would have had that 100's of times.
Site Supporter MickyD Posted March 19, 2017 Site Supporter Share Posted March 19, 2017 Any pro-footballer who doesn't celebrate a team goal just because it's against a former club is a cock. Some journey-men players would run out of teams they could celebrate against.
Guest
Taylor was getting some uncalled for abuse whilst waiting to take that free kick. Great win. Personally think that's our best 11 that finished the game.
