Season Tickets

I do think there should come a point, say after 5 years, or 40 if they like, when you get some extra benefits

It encourages folk to renew

Also, I'd pay an extra hundred if I got a free one if we went up

There was last season at the end of the day quite a lot of people are on education till past 18.also nearly everyone under 25 earns less than £10 an hour. These cheap young people tickets are a huge hit and up and do m looking the country and I'll predict that as a result season ticket for sales will be the first to same or lower than last year

I really doubt that.

Getting prices out early while there's still a lot of good will with the club will definitely mean we get loads just auto renewing.

Chuck in a few decent signings later on in the summer and we should get a few more than last year despite the minor price increase.

It's all relative though.

Folk over 25 are saddled with 2.4 kids, mortgages, car finance, nursery fees and have the milkman to pay.

At 22 your free to piss whatever money you have up the wall and roam about watching bolton staying in travel lodges.

Like casino hints at and I said this time last year and probably the year before, as a time served season ticket holder since 1995 (jcl :) ) and fully fledged adult, I get no discount, no offers, no fuck all with my season ticket. During the season I'm not eligible for any ticket offers or match day incentive either.

We get nothing, never have and never will either. It would be nice just to get a little nod of thanks in return just once.

Not arsed like, I'll be getting one. But still it would be nice.

Some sort of loyalty bonus for the last 5 years would be nice. Nice being the operative word.

Oh and of course, at this time of year I'll do my usual request for a buy back scheme - up to 5 games or summat. As it stands I'm paying for a number of games (midweek etc) that I know I can't get to. Even if the resulting cost per game is reasonable, I'm still paying for summat I won't use. Now of course that's my "fault" if you like. Which is a fine enough argument until I say "fuck it" and then I'm on the slippery slope....and they lose my upfront ST money. And you don't have to be as far away as me to still know from the off there's games you won't get to. Doesn't have to cost them anything directly, just a reduction to a renewal.

It won't happen, it never does. But it would be nice. Nice being the operative word.

Nail on head there

I,ve had season ticket for 50 years, and from what I can remember the only offer I have had (apart from benefit of same seat each week and a saving on match day prices) is I seem to remember that one season we got a free pint??

But I will get one this season, and every season until I physicall get past it - because its OUR CLUB, and I feel that by being a season ticket holder I am helping to contribute

Club shop stuff is here; http://www.boltoncentral.co.uk/new---club-cash/

Sure there was a discount thing in with season tickets the other year. Mainly applied to restaurants at Middlebrook and a couple of other things. Not sure if that's still going.

How "family" is it in NSU ? Looking at the prices I reckon I could switch me and yoof from ESU to a 1+1 in the family stand plus 3 lots of away tickets into the bargain. Think he's got his eyes on the crazy corner but 3 extra aways on top of what we would try to do already might sway him.

I like the way that the Family 1+1 costs more than buying them separately?

Strange. Not by my maths?

Mine for last 3 seasons (1 plus 1 north upper)

£359

£323

£385 (now £405 inc. 2x10)

Will tell you if was good value in 12 months time.

Next season, if you buy after June 10th.

Family 1+1 is £410, in north upper.

Adult in north stand is £333

Under 12's £69 = £402

Cheaper seperately

Not important, just seemed strange

Stick £100 on us to go up and buy 5 ST next season with your winnings :)

They should've just put the tickets up an extra tenner instead of pretending they'd put them back to the same price they were before we got relegated (give or take 3%).

Yep, don't mind if they say its a premium for paying over a number of months- just be honest.

Don't say prices still same the lump in extra elsewhere.

Cassie- you're right- ten quid for credit over the period is good value.

They'd be better saying this though.

this!

i dont object, i understand, but feel it was a little shoehorned at the bottom of the page- open and honest the way forward

i still think STs represent good value, and I'm happy with earning wanderers cash; start of season purchases go a long way towards xmas gifts

more incentives would be nice, even by way for recognition to thank for years of support, but i would rather see the return on the pitch

Never thought about it before but I think some discount as mentioned earlier for long term season ticket holders would be a great idea and would reward fan loyalty plus encourage renewal. 10% off after 10 years 20% off after 20 years as an example. That's seconded by me.

Not sure now, but as I understand it Liverpool once did this.
