Site Supporter HomerJay Posted April 30, 2017 Site Supporter Share Posted April 30, 2017 Somebody remind me who stays and who goes. I guess there will be plenty of contract offers on reduced terms. I don't think we want to be totally ripping apart this squad.
marple whites
For me, build it around spearing, vela, wheater, beavers and Taylor. Maybe le fondre as well.

tarian1979
Think karacan is worth a contract of cheap. Certainly compared to what pratley costs. Morais id like to stay too. Really need to find a forward that's going to be pivotal. Fuck knows who tho.

Spearing and Wheater will probably be wanted by other clubs. Can't see them wanting to leave unless it's a top end champ club
Site Supporter Ratwhite Posted May 1, 2017 Site Supporter Share Posted May 1, 2017 With the number we shifted in " under embargo", and The Andersons " contacts", think there will be a vast amount of movement both ways, especially / hopefully if the embargo is lifted. If west ham release Ashley Fletcher next season I believe he would be perfect (Bolton lad, great attitude and ability). There will be a queue of clubs in for him though. Site Supporter Tonge moor green jacket Posted May 1, 2017 Site Supporter Share Posted May 1, 2017 Only a year offer for the postie for me. An option for another if all goes well. We need to look for a couple of younger players; yesterdays team is relatively old and we'll need some continuity.

Blondi
Sammy Ameobi should be first on Parky's shopping list.
RUREADY2ROLL
Are we asking Madine to stay? I'd say we do He was brilliant first half yesterday apart from missing that chance; second half not as much in the game Not sure if he is good enough for the step up
birch-chorley
Madine isn't good enough for the Championship, he just isn't Can we get a tune out of the likes of Wheater, Vela, Spearing etc at that level I'm not sure! I still remember how bad they were last time We are going to need a lot of new bodies in, I think sweaty knows this and will bring some new investment in to freshen up the squad I could even see him replacing Parky for a manager with solid championship experience Edited May 1, 2017 by birch-chorley
Farrelli
Bloody hell, that's a sobering post one day after promotion. I think Wheater, Spearing, Vela can make the step up, they look different players under Parky. Of course the squad needs some shrewd signings to add to the mix but let's not write everyone off. Site Supporter Tonge moor green jacket Posted May 1, 2017 Site Supporter Share Posted May 1, 2017 I don't think ken would replace Parky for one with championship experience. If a new investor comes in its possible they would want their own man- a risky strategy though- look at Brum.

I'll be happy to give any of them a decent chance. No chance Parky is going, he and the Anderson's are thick as thieves. Good thing though because he's an absolutely top manager. Blondi
KA would'nt sack Parky imo, maybe if it was going badly tits up, but Parky deserves his chance in the Championship and KA isn't stupid.
onlyoneawalker
Did Parky manage Charlton in championship? Howard Alnwick A Taylor Wheats and Beeves are all fine for championship not sure Wilson will get a deal but he's cheap warbara disappeared ........ vela morais prats fine Alfie worth a deal but bit of swan song ..... Clayton don't think so long might be worth a punt plenty pace - was chatting to Clayton last night he wants to stay but didn't seem confident also spoke mark davies who seemed really unsure what his future holds not sure his knees are right
Arrested development
Andrew Taylor has had a decent Season but he won't cut it in the championship. He's too slow. Championship wingers will cause him too many problems. Jonathan Grounds from Birmingham is available on a free, wouldn't mind us going for him .
