Could make it into a game show, or give prizes for most boats popped. I bet it wouldn’t cost as much as a full UK pension. Theyre just not thinking properly. It’s almost as if - and this is a bit cynical - it’s almost as if the boat folk are a bit of a nuisance but a fucking handy “enemy” to divert people with.
