I'm not trying to make an argument. I'm trying to understand what people mean when they say we should "take a stand against France and the EU". In what way? How can we be 'a bit more robust'? If you mean something like towing the boats back, or sinking them, just say it!

Yes, I think France are inclined to stop boats leaving their shores, because they are stopping boats leaving their shores.

Tow the boats back for me if that's what it takes. They wouldn't even get on the beach if it was up to me.

It might just get to that. It may even get heavier than that, who knows.

It cant carry on as it is can it?

Hundreds are landing every day. We aren't up to the task of processing. We have nowhere to put them. Rwanda is like something dreamt up in a Conservative Club after 12 pints of Carling.

So we either stop the boats at source. Or we carry on accepting them and filling hotels up around the country.

Great plan that mate.

The fact 'we aren't up to the task of processing them' is because of deliberate decisions made by this Government, in order to whip people into a frenzy over 'IMMIGRANTS!', rather than their systematic destruction of every single Public Service in the country. And it's worked like an absolute charm.

Did I just hear on LBC that for the cost of the Rwanda scheme we could have processed every immigrant in the country?

Blimey.

Has it?Β

Am I allowed to not want thousands of illegal immigrants landing on our coastline every day but still think our government are cunts and still vote Labour?

Bit of polarising in your world today old bean.

Are you happy with thousands of migrants landing on our soil every week? All the other stuff aside like.

You think its all great and we should just carry on filling hotels up?

Whats your solution?

Absolutely not. It's a massive shitshow. My solution would be to have a functioning Home Office that does its fucking job, closer collaboration with Europe to crack down even further on the trafficking gangs, and monitoring of routes - rather than pretend we're some sort of cowering victim being punished. That would be a 'good start'.

And yes, it has worked, because it's all anyone is talking about, whilst ignoring the absolute shitshows in every single other Government department.

We choose not to process

And we dont provide legal routes

If they want to stop the boats, they could do, but they dont give a shit about folk dying or the gangs making money

Its purely political games

Theyre cunts

Twice

Enough for 1000s of staff for about 3 years

One person 44 cases per year

Again ... I didn't say nobody hadn't suffered.

Do you think sending 100 people to Rwanda is going to "stop the boats"?

I can’t believe people still haven’t clocked that our government is choosing not to clear the backlog.

So if you cheese and casino are correct... which Im not saying you're not. Why aren't Labour hammering this home?

Where do they get sent to once processed?

I’ve just asked how are we going to stop them and you’ve come back with that. Weird. 1 day you might just answer a question. I won’t hold my breath though.Β

Answered it a few posts back in response to Gonzo. Do keep up. Now can you answer mine?

What you on about? Brexit wasn’t a party political choice.Β

Didn't say it was. Must just be pure coincidence that everyone you trusted on that issue ended up in this shitshow of a Government.
