The same as I find it very hard to be arsed about Sue Gray being paid £3000 more than the PM per year. Quote

The BBC came up with the Sue Gray story. How to lose friends and alienate people. Quote

Members Lt. Aldo Raine Posted September 18, 2024 Members Posted September 18, 2024 The hospitality tickets from Arsenal - even though it needn't be a hospitality ticket to guarantee his safety - is really a perk of the job and is broadly fine But neither he nor his wife should be accepting tickets to a Taylor Swift concert from the Premier League in the midst of the drafting of the Football Governance Bill There are also questions about the role and influence of Lord Alli, and I'm surprised a politician who ran on a platform of transparency and public service has allowed himself to get broiled up in this kind of thing Quote

Liberating hardened criminals to jail immigration protestors and subjecting pensioners to hypothermia. The lad's a born winner. Quote

Bigger than Mone, Matt Hancock's mate from the pub and all the dodgy covid contacts combined. Quote

Does another layer of bureaucracy help or hinder? Quote

Site Supporter Spider Posted September 19, 2024 Site Supporter Posted September 19, 2024 I remember the good old days when a prime minister could claim expenses and it was just a perk of the job 😁 Quote

kent_white Posted September 20, 2024 Posted September 20, 2024 Personally I can't see a problem with letting the prime minister take his usual seat on the terraces in a 60,000+ seat stadium. I'm sure providing he doesn't smoke in the bogs at half time then no harm will come to him! 👍 I wonder if he'll be at the Bolton game? And which tier he'll be sitting in or whether he'll have more than one? 😁 Quote
