I would encourage everyone to read the story and background of Emmett Till For those who don’t know who Emmett Till was he was a 14 year old black boy, who wolf whistled at a white lady. As a res

My last comment on this... There are people on here who apart from being Bolton fans I have nothing in common with & whose opinions I wheheartedly disagree with, however I would fight for their ri

we stay in, if they reject, as no deal is off the table, automatically.

So they will reject, and even as a leaver, I say so they should. If we cant agree a WA in 2 years, what difference is another 3 months going to make.

The Mps who wanted to remain have won, at a cost that has yet to be determined.

It only needs one nation to say no though. A few more union flags on Gibraltar to rile the Spanish and that should do the trick.

We’ll find out if the EU still want us.

They might conclude that we are just too much trouble. Entirely possible and true.

So what happens next? Does the Government tell the EU we’re not leaving, does the EU assume we’re not leaving, do we have a General Election, where does that leave a new Parliament, IN or Out?

Ironically, my final tactic would be to threaten to remain. And remind them we have a veto. And that we would use it Every single opportunity we get.

Let them kick us out.

Though the ECJ have already said that we are entitled to revoke A50 without the EU having a say though i am not sure if that is time limited

I honestly cannot see how we can revoke article 50.

It will destroy democracy and we may as well shut up shop and scrap the political system.

A50 won't be revoked, but even if it was it wouldn't "destroy democracy". The Brexit promised by the Leave campaign in 2016 is simply not possible. Reality dictates that we cannot retain the same benefits outside the EU that we enjoy within it. They told us we could though. We will have to find out the hard way.

The EU have said we have 2 options the deal on offer or no deal,

A delay to Article 50 would have to be agreed by Parliament and the EU, but whether it will be months or years Brexit cannot be stopped unless Parliament recinds Article 50, I don’t believe even this Parliament could go ahead to do this

It isn't. Technically, we could revoke at 11:59 on 29th of March, but we won't.

That’s can’t be true though surely

The EU dictates what happens and the member countries don’t get a say

Surely if the 27 get to say Yes or No then it would mean that they actually do have sovereignty afterall?

The Tigs, Soubry, Greive, Chukka have lied all along to say ‘they respect the will of the people’ but...

To revoke Article 50 they would have to admit they were liars
