So next step no buyer?

then it will be admin won’t it, all my original post was saying I’d prefer admin now and take the hit point wise rather than scrapping through this season to be told it kicks in league 1

I'm not disagreeing that admin is a severe possibility if not a likely outcome. The idea though that it isn't anything other than disaster is misinformed.

IF Ken is right and there is an automatic points deduction and complete 2 year transfer ban following admin then even if you come out the other side you are in league one - potentially minus most of your assets and with new owners unable to improve the team for a significant period. How attractive is that proposition to a buyer? A buyer with actual cash? And given its potentially 2 years or more of treading water or worse on the field what will our fans do?

Isn't this when the Supporters Trust come into their own hopefully? - I remember them saying yonks ago they had plenty of "high net worth" individuals who wanted to fund/buy the club, so I'm guessing they would just step in and buy the club?!?

The clubs been available for the high net worth individuals to step up since before Ken came it. Davies and Gartstide were trying to flog the club. Even before the wheels came off.

Suppose we would be in a situation where  they certainly would have to be sounded out

maybe it’s time if they’re serious to put something on the table

I’m not a supporters trust fan or anti but would there be any difference in them having no money wanting a club as opposed to the current owner?

If there's a, for example, million quid payment due in a couple of weeks, then isn't all this speculating a tad dramatic

Where would this be coming from? EFL, Sky? not sure of all income streams but do they get EFL / Sky money in instalments through the season or get it all upfront / end of season?
