The other thing that made that goal was the running off the ball of Robinson and Clough. They made it so that the 2 defenders couldn't close down Ameobi and opening it up for the shot. Ameobi played like a 50 million player, you could see in his face at the end what his effort did to him, but he was forever running and his retention was admirable.
