bolty58 Posted May 17, 2018 Posted May 17, 2018 Great bloke Harry and she is a bit of a looker. Hope they have many happy years together and I really hope an African American woman either walks her down the aisle or delivers a speech. GSTQ. Quote

Whilst these campers are well ott; I don't understand some of the disregard for them. Both these guys have served in the forces, and worked for charities. Seem decent; could have been a couple of wealthy wasters but aren't. Good luck to them. Quote
birch-chorley Posted May 17, 2018 Posted May 17, 2018 Gonzo has been camping out all week so he can get hands on the first ounce of sparkle markle Quote

Biggish Dave Posted May 17, 2018 Posted May 17, 2018 The wife wants to watch it, we're in London en-route to Maidstone, stopping off for a couple of hours - fortunately I know a few good watering holes around Victoria so we're both going to be well catered for. Away days have come in useful for this weekend Quote
birch-chorley Posted May 17, 2018 Posted May 17, 2018 Busy all day Saturday I’m going to try and avoid it all day then watch the highlights that night on TV Don’t want to ruin it Quote

Tonge moor green jacket Posted May 17, 2018 Posted May 17, 2018 Apparently it's going to cost us taxpayers over £30 million. This country is fucked up. Seems a lot. Anyhow, presumably a lot of shit will be sold to commemorate the occasion. Some vat in that for the govt. I reckon the press should pay a levy which goes towards it. The amount of coverage and intrusion is ridiculous. Quote

I'm not defending it, as I don't really care, but they re expecting a spend, including, tourism, of £500m. So, commercially, we should be having one every week. Quote
