So what is the delay if the terms were agreed 2 weeks ago and they have substantial funds, and then we got the "deal within 48 hrs" last Wednesday... If the above is true, I can't see why this isn't all done and dusted by now.

The new registration would be on Weds 10th, that wouldn’t be possible as there would be nothing to transfer

Honestly can’t see how Ken is losing at this point. Yep the sale window may be closing shorter by the day but he seems to be winning the fight of who he sells too. At what price and avoiding his share holding being taken from him

Not really questioning your integrity. I even stated that a lot of it adds up, I just have a problem believing something as simple as saying "I wasn't there, didn't get it" is good enough.
