Agreed, not sure on pointing the finger at Ken and then saying "little point in apportioning blame" though. We all know he's bitter as fuck and is probably one of the first in line for his money if the club is liquidated anyway. Probably can do it out of pure spite if he's due to get his money back.

Hopefully Nixon's Kamani gang will now go Public , offer some cash up to keep the  club going , contact the  EFL and really stir things up - it needs doing - the whole thing stinks

Appleton cannot object to that can he ?

Do you really think that would happen?

I doubt it tbh.

Lots of angry words on social media, but I doubt anything would really happen.

Basically singling Ken out.

I dare say he will not want the blood of liquidation on his hands as it would probably end up being a genuine threat to his personal safety.

He's got previous though. Doesn't give a shit unless he's lining his pockets. Probably just go and buy a new villa somewhere else that he can tax dodge.

This is factually incorrect, isn't it?

Forget that. Lack of cash to continue trading is the key bit. Also this has gone out with EFL approval...

I know about the 14 day clock tomorrow was supposed to start, but administrators may have told EFL they don't have the funds to viably continue for 14 days

Why does it need EFL approval? Liquidation won't start until they've already revoked our league membership and we'll have 2 weeks before being kicked. Doesn't make a difference really.

If BWFC ceases to exist and he’s the reason, I think someone will have a pop.

The statement has gone out with EFL approval, is what I think he means. But if the money's not there, then the issue with the Notice of Withdrawal is pretty redundant.

Yeah, that's what I'm talking about though. The EFL already gave us our deadline, admins have put forward an ultimatum after the EFL deadline. Sure, it gives us 2 weeks more before we're kicked out, but EFL clearly already know there's no money or we wouldn't be postponing games and struggling to field a team.
