Well apathy and fear is setting in big time.

But .

Where is the ST ?

Where are the  Ken out muppets ? ( yep he is a two faced lying tosser ).

Hmmm I’ll put this down to frustration as surely this isn’t a ‘we would be better with ken’ shout

Where are the Forest Green 5 ? ( faces only a mother could love )

They all said they knew best.

In truth like the rest of us they knew f all !!

The silence from the club and the above is unbelievable !!

Ps. Still on the buzz to Wycombe or The Sabbath exhibition in Birmingham.

Well if the doomturds have their way, we've already played our last game.

In 20 years time there'll be 20k claiming they were at York City.

I watched the Al-Ittihad game from up a tree on Regent park golf course with 15 other die hards

Same but I think the prospect of not having a club at all is too drastic to really comprehend. Watching that lot in whatever state has held people's lives together.

Interesting in Marc Iles article that he thinks Fawaz interest in the hotel is more a way of getting his foot in the door of the club than interest in owning the hotel alone.

Clearly a false dichotomy ignoring the third way,  invoking the ceremony of the removal of the BWFC car sticker.

You must be both completely barmy. Your car value will be circa £5k less in 5 years tme without those stickers.

People will be scouring antique shops for BWFC mugs and Pin Badges.

My mate has (really) had a BWFC tattoo only yesterday. Now that to me, says loyalty.

Any decent games we can go to in London that day - if the worst happens ?

at 61 pages long would you be so kind as to sum it up for us?

Haven't read it all yet. First reaction though is that Ken Anderson charged £525K (though most of it went to Holdsworth) for steering the ship through the stormy waters of 2016/17 and helping get the club back into the Championship. Estimated costs of the hotel administrators alone are £500K.

I'd wait for sluffy''s 62 page summary

First point

First charge holder is PBP

Not KA

So, Sluffy was right, while whichever esteemed journo said it was Kenneth, was wrong

Not sure of the relevance but I reckon it's probably good news

Sluffy does his homework, 'esteemed' journos don't. Iles, Conn and their ilk are nobbut rabble rousers who think they're Gods gift to journalism.

Don't  ge me started on Baron Taylor of Clitheroe or 'football people' like Gary 'bloody' Lineker.

According to Forest fans, Fawaz was a shit owner, he is supposedly worth 1.4 billion though.  He made his money mainly through property and hotels apparently.

I read he chucked in 6 million immediately at Forest then sacked off a raft of managers( paid them off) at least he was trying to get the club successful, then sold club to Greek shipping magnate, I’d take that type of shit club ownership at the moment.😂

I know that this is probably too simplistic (I am a simple man)  but it looks to me as if everyone associated with the club has accepted that we are in the shit for next season and there is no point rushing the deal through.

The priority is not to get a decent team out for the Wycombe game or any other game this season (any team we can scrape together which complies with the rules of the league will do because they will have written the season off anyway and it wont matter to them if we finish bottom by 100 points).

The priority will be to ensure that the game at home can be played on the 10th August - so the take over will need to be in a state to be able to pay for security and staff etc.

That gives them more time to do the deal and get ready for a season in league 2 - but at least the club might still be around??????

Folk want too much. Sorry but they do.

This is a failing business in administration. And a complex administration at that. There may be a undertone of football matters but unfortunately, and quite frankly they dont need to say shit.

I'll wait for the email about season tickets but until then, I'll get on with the rest of my life. Folk just being negative and second guessing everything need to chill the fuck out. It's utterly pointless.

I think thats fair. But equally listening to that radio Manchester Bolton podcast Dearden and Iles said that 3 times the administrators have contacted them and the rest of the local press to say that deal would be concluded within the week. This has led to local media stories and stuff on twitter players were informed too - and then each time it didn't happen. As he said the whole thing might have been better if administrators of the club didn't raise hopes and then dash them - and instead just waited. This is what has caused the players to strike - had admins not offered false hope then I suspect it might not have happened.

I don't think the football season is even a consideration. But I do think it provides a deadline. The EFL won't be happy with us starting in this state - they may not even let us.

I think you are correct, players are on strike, seems no other solution, we either get deal done before season starts pay players and bring some players in or I think we’re goosed as I can’t see the EFL letting us start the season in this state of disarray, can anyone see another way out of this if  the takeover isn’t finalised?

So Ken's claimed he's owed 7-8 million being a secured creditor, if this is case would he have to put that amount of money into the hotel is this right? Could this of been the Madine money or am I completely wrong.

I would think if we can't satisfy the EFL by a week tomorrow, they'll pull the plug.  They're not going to let us go into the last week before the season without a squad, any pre season games done and (seemingly) no infrastructure in place. Are they?
