Aye think people forget the first couple of seasons. Shit only hit the fan when he kicked the can down the road as far as he could and he chose to save himself.

No they don't

Some choose too

He was at it from the start

Of course he was. He also could’ve rinsed the club a lot better than he did, hence Radcliffe’s point.

Bloke was a crook but he didn’t have to sign a shit load players and get us promoted and keep us up.

He could’ve stripped every asset, sold every player had us wound up long before we nearly went.

On a lighter note my eldest was at Daisy Hill last night to watch one of his mates.

He went for a pint and heard the lass behind the bar telling a Bury lad that the Fosters had run out, the Bury lad walked off and said "How will you cope when there are 1500 of us here".

Not sure that would have earned him much though.

He was in it for the long game, kept scheming and milking it till it gave him no more

All the assets had charges on them. He probably wouldn't have earned anything by selling them.

For anyone interested, there's a decent, relatively in depth peace in the Mirror today on the new Bury team.  The reporter was at the Daisy Hill game, some decent pics and interview with the chairman Chris Murray.

Anderson was a shithouse

For the first two seasons he was ‘our’ shithouse

Poor team performances under Parky meant he got some grief from fans

From that point on he became vengeful shithouse & punished all of us to the ‘nth degree’

His skin was thinner than cigarette paper & ultimately would have finished us off but for some extremely decent people.

What a shithouse.

Another update from the Bury FC website - this Phoenix club has clearly rattled his cage

Its good entertainment value though .................

They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, in my book it’s not, it’s being a fake to fool others.

Let’s be clear here for the avoidance of doubt as it would seem there are people trying to pass off fakes as the real thing, and spreading ill truths as these Trolls do:

  1. BURY FOOTBALL CLUB FOUNDED 1885, HOW CAN YOU COPY THAT
  2. “THE SHAKERS” ARE BURY FOOTBALL CLUB
  3. GIGG LANE WILL ALWAYS BE BURY FOOTBALL CLUBS GROUND
  4. THE CREST ABOVE IS TRADEMARKED TO BURY FOOTBALL CLUB

If you go on Bury market, buy a Suit off a stall, go home and sew an ARMANI label in it, does it make it an Armani suit?

Or you buy a pair of CALVIN CLINE boxers off another stall, but then there is always the bloke who has a pair of Calvin Klein on when your changing at the gym

WELL THEIRS YOUR ANSWER, A FAKE IS A FAKE HOWEVER YOU PACKAGE IT

There are alleged fans, then you have pure loyal till I die, BURY FOOTBALL CLUB FANS, who have stood by their Club and its ups and downs but are still steadfast knowing good things come to those who are Loyal

Solidarity is the most valuable commodity to a Football Club it gives it the pride to forge on (the Proms) keep the faith and remember….

“THERE IS ONLY ONE BURY FOOTBALL CLUB”

For anyone interested

The new phoenix club Bury AFC  played their first competitive game yesterday at West Didsbury in the FA Vase in front of a crowd restricted to 300
