They were knocking em out in litre pots it felt like. I was steaming in that square in guimaraes but then I had come pretty much straight from 42s to the airport and I weighed 8 stone. 

I came back and ordered 24 superbock from oddbins and it wasn't the same.

Yeah them days are long gone. Two kids have aged me beyond belief!

wouldn’t say it’s strong but it’s a nice drop 

Supping it by the litre in the baking sunshine for 8 hours makes it plenty strong enough 😊

from what I remember of superbock they did a version with lime in and also a stronger almost special brew type.
