I've got a few mate who are Sunderland fans I will be meeting, always enjoy a scoop or 2 with them. Hopefully we are up to speed by then

Same with me, I've got a mate who lives up there in Durham, his brother only just left Sunderland's academy. I'll be going up to Sunderland in the reverse fixture

played them in about 83 fa cup , got chinned outside the wagon and horses, bastards.

Cracking atmosphere in Lever End that day, hoping for giant killing, Div 3 v Div 1. Lee Chapman spoiled it, scored his first goals for Sunderland.  0-3 in the end.

Looking at probably a bumper crowd for next Saturday, Sunderland sold all there allocation of tickets 4k of them coming down.

They should get more than 4k allocated if both tiers?  A pity season tickets dont start with this game as that will take a few thousand off the official gate, if not the bums on seats.

Aye they outclassed us that day.

Just tried to book my ticket on the official website for this match. The pop up keeps saying I don't have the correct privileges to buy that ticket, even though I've used it twice in the past. What's that all about?

For some reason when I try to buy tickets it diverts me to iFollow and denies my password

Soon as I go on the Tickets>Buy Tickets drop-down at the top it's fine and I can log in and buy

Guess that there's a few glitches in the system which isn't surprising at the moment

Sunderland fans turning on there manager it seems, most reckon he will be gone if they lose to us, which is unbelievable really since they are 4th in the league with a game in hand!

People outside the club always praised parky.

I'm loathe to criticize a fan base without knowing how shit the footy is.
