Keith hill's minimalist football.

Shite for a long period. Eventually start fighting and wow.

Midfield two are pants though. Great strike from Murphy but fuck me he does nowt for the majority of the time.

Surely Bridcutt in midfield passing it is better. Try and control the game a bit with possession. These lot are shit at the back and have a decent lad up top, so keep the ball away from the bugger and make them defend.

Linesman flagged then didn't.

Lino had his flag up and was waved off by the ref.

Game went on for a good while after that and then we scored.

Verlinden being a shithouse and getting involved made me chuckle

Their number 5 its danced dangerous with his throws.

Another reason we should have height in the middle of the defence

Giving away too many soft free kicks.

Keep trying to bring down that massive number 7 and Bouncing off the fucker.

Going to say that free kicks and crosses can’t cope and that’s with there goal scorer going of injured first 10 minutes

Papers over a hell of a load of cracks. That said, I'm a great believer in result first and style second. I'll take 3-2 home wins for the rest of the season.

Hills been dealt a very shit hanf

When you've got shit cards you need to play any good ones well

Anyway, absolutely massive result and credit to the manager for that at least

Their 7 looks a player

Just let go by Fulham, born in Bury

In fact, quite a few of theirs looked to have a decent touch

I've no problem at all with Wright

But he's not a  heading machine

Got away with it today but surely we having to get a proper centre back at the side of him

Positives, 3 cracking finishes

I kind of get the Bridcutt at centre half thing, because it's good to have a ball playing defender rather than the aimless hoofs we've been treated to for so long. However, as he's tiny, anything over the top is going to cause issues, especially when his CB partner isn't, as Casino sad, a heading machine.

But I'm not fussed, its a very welcome three points. We don't have to write the season off JUST yet.
