L/H White Posted August 17, 2020 Share Posted August 17, 2020 we've gone with ADT a normal house alarm is pointless, they go off and no one one in the street bats an eyelid we pay per month for adt, should the alarm ever go off, they ring us straight away you can also pay for a security service or for it to go to the police, which obviously costs more all the outside boxes are the same, so the criminals dont know which package you have the stats say they tend to stay away from adt alarmed houses / business https://www.adt.co.uk/home-security-monitoring Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Started with British Gas who sold it on. Went to rentokil then protect my property. Service got worse, and for police attendance, the rules changed requiring two separate activations within the property. Was paying around £25 a month, and insurance weren't interested nor offered discount for having a monitored alarm. Decided it wasn't worth the money in the end.
