Not taking in context the actual game that's a great point.

Thought Brockbank looked miles off in real time but seeing a still of it now, hes onside!

Crellin owes Sarcevic one big time, great finish again from him.

Yep, the goal should have stood - and therefore people shouldn’t be critical of Sarcevic, he takes that first time he may have missed, he passes it to the onside Brockbank who was in a better position to finish. That was Sarcevics best game today, a big positive.

And Yes Crellin Owens Sarcevic big time.

Tutte very good today, does the simple things well. I’m not as critical as some in Crawford, he’s always looking to be positive and create something.

Brockbank did really well today. If he was left footed there wouldn’t be any discussion about whether he’s right there or not.

Looks like that comeback against Barrow has really galvanised the team. Only two negatives from today, Baptiste and Crellin. Don't need to dwell on those as they're plain as day. There are m

I thought Crawford and Delaney were fine tbh. Game of opinions though.

Delaney - you must be taking the piss because he was very good

as for crellin, for his own good, it may be time for a sit down

Awful ball to have to deal with in the conditions, but he has to be shaken after that

Id also say that folk writing off keepers at 20 never saw jussi at 20 odd

Agreed. An experience keeper flips that swirler out for a corner and defend again from there.

Jussi at Sunderland. Oh dear. Came back far stronger tho

I agree but if the spare keeper can't make it to the bench, can't see him getting a game

i dont think thats why we dont have a sub keeper

The stats probably say you need one every 400 games or something

With the way the season has shaped thus far it looks like we are better on our travels. Not sure if this is one of the weird elements of COVID-world along with the scorefests seen in the Prem or whether our League 2 players are struggling playing on a grander stage to those they are used to. Or maybe the opposition are hugely raising their game when they come to Bolton

I'll feel a lot happier about our prospects once we've strung together some good results at home. For now though today is a very encouraging performance and result and a much better Saturday night feeling than this time last week. Hope Doyle isn't too badly hurt.

Said at the start of the season, I fancy our away form to be good when the onus is on the home team a bit more. Still, I’d like a few home wins and soon

A very good performance,  we made a really in form team look very ordinary .

A special mention and a huge slice of Humble pie from me must go to Santos , he was a colossus and kept their top striker firmly in his pocket. He just gets better every week. Also a big mention to Kioso he has transformed our attacking play tremendously since he joined.

Credit where its due with Santos, a good signing by whoever made that decision.  Its possible to see why Posh paid money for him a few years ago.  As for Baptiste....the mind boggles.

Not sure why Alexander is rated so poorly?

He did ok for us last season and wasn't responsible for many goals against him IIRC?

who says hes not rated?

Tbh, only remember him playing once v cov

Made some good saves but he also got the run of the ball

The same folk who are probably calling for us to get Matthews back.  Conveniently forgetting he threw quite a few ricks too.  It happens.  It's how he responds now

I'm not sure , in truth Baptiste should have enough in his locker to piss this league.

Aye, 5 years ago, but you can see that he shits himself if the ball comes near him.

I agree , now he is just concentrating on stopping opposition forwards rather than being an attacking defender he looks loads more comfortable.

Not seen it, but the BN commentary says the wind took it over crellin. Is that fair or should he still have done better.

Anyway, seems a decent performance overall so a decent evening to be had.

it was a shit ball to have to deal with

But he needs to deal with it

evatt just slagged goalie off on gmr, poor form, even if it is true "man up" indeed plank.

It's a really poor mistake as observed by Crellin putting his head in his hands , but if he intends playing him against Bradford criticising him in public helps no one.

How is Crawford catching a game week in week out, the guy is shite. Would drop him for Darcy or Gnahoua in a flash.

The same defensive 6 that conceded 3 at the mighty barrow too?? Wtf

We'll be better off if he does get sent off.

Evatt is surely trying to get the boot by picking him again.

Crawford is a utter fuckin wank

Time to call out some irrational posts, from irrational posters who just seem to be waiting for something negative to talk about. While things are going well and while there’s lots of positives to take, they’re only interested in finding something negative to post about.
