It's a fact, nowt to do with opinion. Lowest ever league position this season. Shipping 6 at home in the 4th division.

Shittest we've ever been. Fact with a dog shit dipped cherry on top

Ok but it doesn’t “feel” like our lowest ebb

we’ve just had a good run

The owners seem stable

we’re playing half decent football most the time

It’s still more enjoyable than most of the last decade

That isn’t a fact

But that makes it no less true for me

Agree with that.

Spot on.

we’ve had a shocker absolutely. But last few weeks have been great. Doesn’t undo it all this.

imo no need for a meltdown.

It’s also strange times, big ground with no fans in it. Lots of freak results this season.

The other stuff, like embargo, building a brand new team.

Personally I’m relieved we still have a club. That’s my view.

I admire your optimism.

I watch my team for pleasure and enjoyment. If I were in it for the results and glory I wouldn’t be a Bolton fan.

As I’ve said to my lads when we go, it’s highly unlikely that we will ever win anything of note but if we do, how good will it feel!

Hughmungus can fuck off, can’t he lads?

A blip in the recovery. Possibly a good thing as a reminder that we aren’t there yet. Evatt seems able to learn quickly so I can’t see this happening again.

Just a mad game this. And I don’t think it’s the last one we’ll be involved with

This level all over when teams play open but can’t defend and have a mix of some players v good at this level and others biz.

A slight dent in our promotion hopes but we are 11th;  a month ago folk were saying we were in a relegation scrap

we were never gonna win every week

meh, we move on

This is at home and a league lower.

This is the worse ever

Quite similar in terms of going in to the game with a fair amount of confidence and decent form. Accy was real rabbit in the headlights whereas I’m prepared to put this in freak game territory.

There is not much pleasure or enjoyment though ?
yes we’re probably not going to win much but if we settle for being pasted in league 2 by 6 goals at home we might as well not bother

It's not entirely about league position I don't think. The lowest ebb for me was the end of the season before last/start of last season when players weren't being paid, we couldn't afford LED advertising screens or hospitality and our team was still shit.

I felt worse after Leyton Orient than I do after this.

You had no pleasure or enjoyment in any of the last 5 wins on the bounce?

All 450 mins plus stoppage time?

Let’s put this simple.

Mate, who the fuck are you to tell me what I get pleasure or enjoyment from?
