News Corps calling it the biggest US trial since OJ.

Going to be a few interesting weeks

Who gives a fcuk.

What would you personally do with a huge guy who is foaming at the mouth ?     I actually wouldn't go anywhere near him, was bad enough seeing Ani foaming at the gob once before he alle

Let’s hope it sets a precedent for all deaths in police custody to be properly investigated now and people to face justice.

It was an appalling bit of policing but I think it'll be hard to say that he deliberately killed him. I can see him getting a lesser murder charge, whatever their equivalent of manslaughter is, and half the US going up in flames.

Whatever sentence he gets, I cant see it being enough

Think that's culpable manslaughter, but thinking of differing levels. No death penalty anyway

It’s second and third degree so no death penalty because it’s not premeditated

Comments generally have already decided what the outcome should be.

So much for a trial.

Its always struck me as odd how much pre trial publicity is allowed in the US as opposed to here.  Some of the stuff allowed in the media there would result in a mistrial here.

"he's dead"

😆

"How come?"

"Well, he was breathing, and then he stopped."

"Why?"

"There was a knee on his throat."

"Oh ok. Did he say he was suffering?"

"Something about not being able to breathe."

"So he wasn't kidding with that?"

"Apparently not."

According to the hip-hop artist himself.. he was struggling breathing before he was put to the floor.

Surely the copper sat on his chest should face a similar charge?

What’s he facing? Anything?
