This is the third protest that Gove has contrived to get caught up in

Feck all Muslims can do in this country but at least a march shows solidarity, which is pretty much all they can do.. (for the ones who are being bombed btw, not Hamas).

The "far right" are just angry that it was armistice weekend, lets be honest, it could have been picked better and shows a lack of empathy from both sides.

No way of this ending nicely, seems very odd that the hostages have been held for over a month with no news..

I do like the thought of this pillock being positioned in Gaza City. Can they do it within 24 hours please?

What utter fucking nonsense. A myriad of options offering great wealth, immunity from the law (if the last few weekends are anything to go by) and unimagined sexual satisfaction. Drug dealing, white meat grooming. The land of opportunity.

Irrespective of the rights and wrongs of the map and associated comments on various Web pages, there is a fundamental point missing: it's like top flight football bot existing before the Premier league- did Jews and Arabs etc etc not live in the region before 1946?

Why is any map of that time any more relevant than one drawn well before, or indeed well after?

Taking a particular snapshot in time as representative is nothing short of selective shite.

They've been battling for eons, and will be until they agree to accept Jews' right to exist.

Just a long list of he said, she said which massively clouds the waters.

Just like the historic northern Ireland peace agreement; whilst historic events and beliefs have to be considered, they want a genuine end to hostilities, then they have to accept each other, with a starting point from approximately where they are now.

I agree that for peace to happen we need significantly more people on both sides to move on from their hatred.

But using that as an excuse as to why they've taken (and continue to take) so much land, is 'selective shite'.

Whilst there is wider context lacking, which aspects of the map in particular are lies about the land that Israel has made its own? All over that map are settlements where innocent Palestinians lived and have been forcibly removed, often under the most brutal of conditions. Some were literally bulldozed with children inside them. Peace depends on recognition of this and appropriate reparations.

But what we've got now is an Israeli government that only wants to further these evictions. I'm amazed scumbags like Hamas aren't even more popular, and credit where it's due to the many Palestinians who refuse to respond with further violence. I don't think any of us on here can say for certain that we wouldn't under those circumstances.

Not sure if either links a Fact Checked.

But as shown last week, that counts for little on here.

Reading the rest of Swanny's post, and not wishing to speak for him, it looks like he was referring to Muslims in this country being unable to stop the war in Palestine.

Looks like a weak excuse for you to use to cob off about the Rayguns again.

Fuck me, you should be a detective

I must apologise however. I missed out opportunities to commit mass murder and atrocities against the kuffars.

Excellent. I do like to make people happy.

I suppose the likes of you and Dick Egg would like to gloss over all of the things I have mentioned?

There's definitely a strawman under the armour of your profile picture.

What? Like the poppy seller who was assaulted that you mentioned? To coin a phrase off here, he turned out to be 'a massive bullshitting fanny'. 😀

You can't expect Bolty to keep up, he's been in 'Europe and North Africa....' (see Spain and Morocco) where news doesn't reach him. It bends round him.

I'm not sure anybody really believed that Poppy sellers had been abused/attacked did they?

Bolty's post on the Politics thread;

Elderly poppy sellers and old soldiers abused and attacked over the last few weeks.

He was probably fishing again, the old scamp!

I think his post was more in hope than belief. Sadly, for him, it isn't a thing that happened (as far as I know)

An old bloke and a little ginger dog had them scrambling for cover on Lever Edge Lane earlier. Me and Wilf the Dog on our way to the Dancers as school's letting them out.
