I watched a documentary about the lend-lease agreement with had with America during/after WW2.

Crikey, was it punitive. 

Moreover, the discussion and details screwed us over and really did hasten the decline of the British Empire, and start America on the road to become a superpower.

A post war Labour Government used it to prop up financially wasteful policies whilst Germany etc. embarked on a properly managed recovery plan... we squandered the lot!

To an extent, but we also gave up some strangleholds we had over the Americans on trade. 

We also had to "sell stuff on the cheap" to them.

They performed much like Xi is doing now with Russia.

I agree though shouldn’t happen. Tip of the iceberg. There are some horrendous verbal/physical attacks by Palestinians and/or Palestinian supporters committed on Jews the world over.

Do you two guys share similar opinions though when the boot’s on the other foot?  Would you condemn the abuse and violence we’re seeing in the West Bank committed by Israelis against Palestinians trying to live a simple life.

Surely this takes us all to common ground. Condemn the notrights on both sides. Support the innocents on both sides. Seek a solution to bring peace.

This is the underground in London, a bloke going about his everyday life. 
 

Whats going on over there has done for years and will always continue no matter why peace agreements are agreed on, they’re all as bad as one another, keep it over there though and don’t bring it over here. And yes that the same to jews harassing Muslims on the underground, I’m yet to see that though.

I'm yet here of harassment by Jews to anyone in this country.

Presumably it has happened, but it isn't exactly a regular occurrence.

The Lancet Medical Journal have published a study suggests the death toll in Gaza was about 50% higher than the Gaza Health Ministry quoted. 

They put it at 75,000 in the first 16 months of the conflict.

To be fair many on here did say you shouldn't believe the numbers that were quoted in terms of death coming out of gaza
