There are a few in between medically but these are relatively rare and a gender is assumed, rightly or wrongly.

It has no effect on me personally so I really don't care what someone wants to identify as but it could get complicated for sure.

A lot if the mentally ill people who get caught by these hunter groups probably do amd mentally are much younger than they are physically but its still wrong and that thankfully will never change. A lot of work is fine by social services to educate them on why its wrong.  

 

Anyway, worked in a school with a girl that identified as a boy, absolute no biggy from the kids and fully accepted, just used the disabled loo's.

There should be separate latrines for every possible gender option.

I have no idea what shape the porcelain needs to be inside each cubicle, of course. Maybe there’s a market for bathroom designers who can account for all manner of sprinkling, gushing and squirting coming out at any number of angles and speeds.
