I know I’m lucky to work where I do, and it’s an absolute graft, but the crop of players who where there when I started are pretty much gone now, ask anyone who works there and they’ll tell you that Aguero is one of the nicest people you’ll meet. Quiet, always happy, always smiling, and barring one other player me and the rest of the rehab/fitness team spent more time with Aguero then probably any other player.

A few years ago We went to Italy to meet a diet specialist and he showed us his results and findings for removing meat out of diets of players with small tear injuries as well as cryogenic therapy and sleep healing therapy, this man was like Mother Teresa for healing people.

I went back and suggested it to my bosses and the diet team and the results were game changing, Aguero was evidence of that, and he was always very grateful for the work we put in.

A top gesture from one of the very best to have played in this country

Either/or. It's a free £1500 watch with an inscription from their leading goalscorer. Priceless!

Fuck that

Highest bidding City fan gets it, with some spare Carabao Cup medals thrown in

This still recommended for bigger tears? What's the deal with sleep healing therapy?

Did my ACL a couple of years back. Been a slow rehab but nearly at a place to start playing again by August 🤞

A big tear no not really but if you’ve had a big tear it could lead to smaller tears which is the problem so the no meat diet is good for it

It’s sleeping in an oxygen chamber, speeds it up quite well. Apparently Michael Jackson had one, dunno if the kids were allowed in it.

ACL’s are nasty and very very tempremental, take your time abd ease yourself back, get in the pool to build up the muscles around it, they’re just as important.

Now you can even do a further medica study to be a ACL consultant. The NBA were advertising for this role two years ago $500k a year and on a 5 year retainer.

Wow. Incredible the progress that has been made with sports injuries in recent years. Hadn't heard of half of that.

Nice one 👍 some good advice there. Been doing a lot of muscle work in the gym but will try the pool out as well. Was in the sea at the weekend but not sure that counts.

Salt water does you the world of good. Obviously not Blackpool unless you want your legs to dissolve.

Aye, been doing it all year round. Good for the soul and the only hangover cure I've ever found that doesn't involve drinking more booze.

There’s loads of stuff, cryogenic chambers designed by nasa, wave tunnels for muscle strengthening, laser massages to stretch muscles, sleep tents. No more magic sponge, cup of tea at half time . Worlds gone soft 😁
