Tremendous performance. Despite a big score, I was a bit concerned that they'd knock them off. As you say, the spinners were top drawer.

Looking forward to tomorrow, doors open at 3:30 cannee wait

What a game to witness. Sounded great on the wireless.

Yeah it was superb. The Pakistani fans made the atmosphere, they did not shut up felt great to be at a live event just as a fan

My daughter’s boyfriend’s brother was the pitch invader towards the end of the game. He did it as a bet. £500 for being a tit.

I hope they fine him £1000.

Well, its hard to judge as the quality was shocking (except cross and threlkeld) but that 100 was a crock of shite

Watch the blokes tomorrow before i give upon it

Expected some more innovation

5 ball overs rather than 6 is hardly groundbreaking, ffs

And im not supporting a team called manchester

Its perfect for Sky Sports and the set sipes that run that station. Having been working from home and have it on in the background much of the day, its shocking how much of their content is BLM and womens this and that.

More one day to take away from our proper cricket skills?

I watched it, but can’t get behind a Manchester team, with half coming from elsewhere and Mahmood playing for the other team.

I watched them the other day, and wanted them to win, but it wasn't the same. Some obvious pushing by commentators and presenters with regards to inclusivity and opportunities for all which seems unnecessary given the rapid rise in women's cricket- particularly in international terms, over recent years.

Definitely some money gone into it and organisers clearly need it to find a niche, but I'm not sure that the new fan-team bonds will match those already in existence within counties.
