Yeah it was a blessing in disguise , we needed Isgroves work ethic or like you say we were in danger of being overran

I think Lincoln will be there or thereabouts playoffs come the end of the season.

Dixon played well because yeah he had a lot down his throat but he gathered everything fired in at him

On Dixon, said it before but you can see why evatt wants him on

Same with crellin to a degree

So much better with the ball than gilkes

One day, I want to be as unfit as sarcevic

He has some bollocks that fella

Oh aye, have I mentioned Gordon

Very, very steady

Wouldn't worry if we needed to play him again

He’s like a different player, I think he got beat once and he didn’t dive in he stayed calm. Very impressed. I’d trust Evatt with my Mrs, his decision making is a testament to his growth as a young manager.

Baka is a calf injury. He won’t train for a week now

That Kachunga song! 😆

2 new songs? Kinell about time, our last new song was “We are the one & only wanderers” about 30 years ago.

Any in depth lyrics available for these new ditties?

It really does feel that way. So happy this morning and so pleased for my daughter who has seen only misery and relegation. Apart from the Forest game of course.

First chance to actually see this team.

Sheehan is quality, Dapo pulling them about like a wasp stinging you in late summer. Isgrove made a big difference when he came on and the new boy Gordon put a good shift in. No passengers in there.

The teams cancelled each other out with Lincoln getting the best of the play in the first half, lots of good wide play from both sides but little end product to be honest.

Sarcevic was the match winning difference, when you actually see and hear his intensity and focus it's frightening (I was in row C), he has that winning drive about him and was definitely "in the zone". Spotted myself going wappy on the highlights video when he fired it in :-). Photographer behind the goal got flattened with his expensive kit as plod just stood, watched and left it to the stewards.

Need to get my vocal chords match fit again, its been a while and I'm a bit hoarse this morning,,, think I'll play the covid card at work.

iFollow sorted refunds already!

Really does feel like we are on a roll here and building something great. Lincoln fans generally positive about us and how well we play, bar the few who still want us to go under and call us vile for living beyond our means.

We have squad depth now, and everyone who comes in wants to fight for their place. As much as Baka's injury is a shame I thought Isgrove was still a great replacement and he is one of those players you can't help but like as he gives 100%.

They ran out of tickets for pay on the dayers with still a good 50 outside who they let in

Wasn’t quite as many as that, but I don’t think they did let them all in. I was ninth in the queue and there were ten tickets left in the away end with a dad and lad behind me in the queue so I went in the home end and they got the last two for the away end. About a dozen behind us in the queue and some of them walked off from that point, not sure if the rest got allowed in to the away end as nobody else let on in the home end. I’d like to think the win was karma (particularly as I had a ticket for our end but let other half use it and she gave me her pay on the day cash 🙄)

I went and had a slash about 10 mins in and a guy in the toilets said they had just let about 20 in who couldn’t get in. Great following

The Kachunga chant was absolute brilliant, I think he's great, can't see him scoring many for us at the moment but his effort will get him there. Didn't stop when he came on.

Plus their keeper looked about 12.

Fantastic game, horrid to get back from, stuck in Lincoln traffic for about 45 mins and then about 15 mins at that bloody toll bridge.

Seriously?  Toll gate had three in the queue as we were driving up. We'd parked in town centre and had a half hour walk back.

Looking at the video, so they bloody should have. Loads of room adjacent to our lot so no hassle accommodating a few more.

I love that smug feeling the morning after an away victory, mmmmm niiiiice.

Apologies to Mamma Cass -

"And it's getting better,

Growing stronger,

We're Bolton Wanderers,

Getting better every day ( Clap clap clap)

Better every day."

Repeat till "We are the one and only Wanderers" inevitably starts

In patches the stuff we're playing is fantastic and you can only see those patches getting bigger and bigger, hard not to get carried away.

Playing out of our own third is brilliant. MJ seems to know where he’s going to pass the pass two passes before it comes to him

MaJestic last night, that lad.

What a great night.

Made even better by meeting the mini bus of Mackems at the petrol station on the way back.

I thought they were going to lynch me when I asked them how they'd got on ( I knew of course). 😁

Talking of Mackems, one of our Rochdale mob bumped into a few on his way to ground last night in a place called Burton, Lincolnshire. They asked him where the ground was. I’d love to know what time they got to the Burton Albion ground. This would be around half six. 🤣
