So that’s another change to the back line. Need to get it settled ASAP. Could do with keeping a clean sheet or at least limiting any goals against to just the one. I think the back 4 is the most intriguing part of this selection. Despite Santos being the best pick of our CBs, IE has alluded to his fitness getting up to scratch and you could visibly see him tire towards the end of Saturday. So it makes me wonder whether he’ll go for Baptiste/Johnstone. Then at LB does he try Johnston if Santos is fit. Or Gordon who has looked a different player pre season. I did think Jones looked vulnerable Saturday, but he’s probably most assured of his place Tuesday 😂 As for MJ and front 5, unless there’s fitness issues I can’t see that changing.
