Never seen Eels but fancy that at Albert Hall

@NiC

Those voices earn my daily bread...

Laced with the blood of murdered babies obvs...

Saw Happy Mondays once and Shite 7 were supporting, I made an excuse to leave and went for several pints at that shit bar on Victoria Station.

I hope they are disbanding.

Danny Lilker quit at 50.

Tom Araya mid-fifties.

Bowed out with dignity intact

They (Shed 7) were biz in the 90's...

Now they shuffle around onstage with their carers shadowing them to prevent fall accidents.

Never understood why they were liked. They were/are shite.

Always dear to see them but always worth it. Saw em at Academy in 2018 the night England played Columbia. Watched the match in that Holts pub down the road opposite and had to stay when they scored in the last minute of normal time. Loads legged it to the gig straight after pens and went in late. Saw em the year after at Albert Halls and the first thing he said was, "I take it there's no football on tonight huh? I haven't forgot about that you cunts"

Love St Vincent

I also love the Foos, but the crowd they attract these days is like a massive convention of artisan greengrocers , sex-starved housewives and emo kids being ironic.

And pricks like me.

So I’ll swerve it

Saw them late 90s at Manc Academy. Very, very good. Didn’t know they were still going tbh. Might do that one

No funny business though. I’ll share a pint with 2 straws but that’s as far as I go.

All his quizzes are about serial-killers aren't they?

I'm sure these were some questions from his first quiz...

"Where was Doctor Harold Shipman's Practice?"

"What was the given name of the 'Green River Killer'?"

"What did Ed Gein fashion into lampshades?"

"Which German philosopher inspired Ian Brady?"

"Who was the partner in murder of Charles Ng?"

"How many confirmed victims was John Wayne Gacy responsible for?"

"What word did Fred West carve into the headboard of their marital bed as a birthday treat for Rose?"

Stuff like that.

Sounds great fun.

For ghouls.

Still preferable to listening to Shed 7.

It’s a trick question

Fred daubed a phrase in blood on the ceiling that said “CARVE DIEM”

A witty misspelling that had them both in fits of laughter as they sauntered down to basement.

Sutty or Sutters, Gazza Glitz, Jimbo, Shippers, Freddy or Westie...

£71 for Foo's next year

I remember going Leeds Festival for 3 days in 2001 for £80

Smaller venues are the way forward. Big stadiums and arenas have bigger overheads so their prices go up and cunts like ticketmaster don’t help.
Get me to Blackpool ballroom or the academies

Smaller gigs are always the best. Smallest I've been to was in the night and day cafe. Not a fucking clue who though.
