That's a shame they're on my list of bands I'd pay top whack to see as I've somehow never seen them. Not sure the addition of a trip to London is worth it. I would be willing to pay if it was Manchester. Day off work and back to my bed. Anyway, it's not so that's that. Like @embankmentsaid, it would be cheaper to do Dublin than London. Anyway, seen them enough times so not really pissed off about missing out this summer.

Site Supporter Spider Posted February 12 Site Supporter Share Posted February 12 Saw AC/DC at Donington about a million years ago and thought they were bog average. People used to have a pop at Nirvana for being a one trick pony. AC/DC wrote the book.

But the last time they toured and Axl Rose fronted the band he brought something different. It was a nice change if I was honest. Even if he didn't know all the words. Not in Crawley
My first ever gig was ACDC - Birmingham NEC on the Razors Edge tour when I was 11/12 with my mum and dad (dad is a big fan) blew me away - been obsessed with music since, some kids it's football but for me it was just music. Was an amazing show, and albums from Dirty Deeds through Power rage to Black album show that you don't write that many defining riffs by being a one trick pony. Malcom Young was one of the best rhythm guitarist who ever played.
