I’ve just gone and booked flights, accom and tickets to see them in Paris after missing out on Manchester (was on holiday). No we watched BC Camplight instead. Heard good things about the Jane's Addiction set though. Quote

Baffled why they built a music venue as a rectangle so for your £132.50 you’re having to constantly look across people. Absolutely insane pricing, and glad we got to try out the view for nowt! The empty seats weren’t particularly noticeable, although the lack of touts outside was, so I bet even they were struggling to shift tickets. Quote

First time I saw them their set was about 3 hours long and support from Metric. I'm going tonight too. Going to be class. Weezer set is around 20 songs from what i've seen and they're playing the Blue album almost in full. SP then on at 9pm - 11pm. Quote
barryk32 Posted June 13, 2024 Posted June 13, 2024 Anybody wanting James tickets for tomorrow? 20 quid each, got 4. Quote

SP then on at 9pm - 11pm. thought Weezer were ok, not sure the venue suited them, seemed to start flat and only get going once they'd done that cover of Celebrity Skin, though Only In Dreams was very good, but would much rather have seen them in the Apollo or Acdemy as for Smashing Pumpkins, as said, only know their well known hits and never listened to an album but thought they were excellent from start to finish and sounded far better than Weezer did in the big arena, seems I've been missing out all these years so going to plough through their back catalogue on repeat for the foreseeable Billy Corgan is a big lad as well, appeared to be twice the size of everyone else on stage decent enough venue, but just another arena really, except it has escalators Quote
