On the train to Huddersfield for Shame at The Parish. Had rice and three at Yadgar in Manchester earlier. Shaping up to be a good night.

Got two tickets for Black Angels and Dandy Warhols at Ritz tomorrow

Which now can't be used

I'd stick them on Twickets but it's not sold out

So if anyone here wants them free of charge, let me know

That Billy Gillies "Fair" tune off that video is everywhere at the moment!

Gone massive him!

Was a cult figure on the underground scene in Belfast/Glasgow. Smashing it now on the producing side.

The new song with Frank Turner is very cheery

Frank Turner gets everywhere. Didn't even know they'd realised anything recently. Got tickets because they're doing Sounding a Mosaic in full.

Not a bad thing.

His split ep with NoFX doing each others songs is a fun listen.

Oh I'm not saying that - I quite like some of his stuff. Not his stuff with NOFX (but then I don't like NOFX) I like his Folk stuff more and the stuff he did with The Wildhearts (but then I like The Wildhearts)

I've posted this before, I bizarrely ended up back stage with NOFX and some dude called, I think, Snake eyes.

Had no idea who they were and only knew they were famous when groupies type folk tried breaking through security to get to them.

I ended up leaving early as I had chronic toothache and the pain killers weren't mixing with copious amounts of free ale.

I'd have probably ended up on tour with them If I'd have stayed there was that many drugs and mosher birds in laddered fishnets kicking about.

NoFX and especially Fat Mike would've given you some proper hedonistic times. Some of his tales are fucked up beyond the pale.

I had two mates called Fat Mike and SnakeEyes. Snakes because after he'd been out drinking he always ended up in a casino by himself. Fat Mike was, well fat and called Mike.

Neither of whom were in NoFX

Is your Fat Mike also a transvestite?

Actually Fat Mike is dead. Mate from uni, had a massive heart attack playing walking football at 48.

Well that's no fun.

Fat or not 48 is no age to pop it.

OCS Tickets secured....its a 90's boom !!!

I think we're now in that period where the 90s are cool and retro so why not cash in, plus Oasis just made Britpop cool again

read that the kids love his Wonderall look, probably liked kids like the Beatles look back in 94
