IAN Evatt has revealed Wanderers have an option to recall on-loan winger Dennis Politic from Port Vale in January.

“Now he’s getting more of a run of games, Dennis is showing his form so obviously we’ll closely monitor it and see where he gets to come January.

Politic simply has to be an improvment on Kachunga.

If the lad from Hamburg doesn't cut it on his return from injury then recalling Politic is a must.

Harry Brockbank would be an improvement on Kachunga.

Come January,    a possible attacking 3 of politic ,  dapo- in the middle , Amaechi , with doyle up top or whoever may be brought in ?

Or dapo in the false 9 position (think that's what citeh call it) that brings Sheehan in with mj and Lee.     I expect there will be a couple of additions in Jan.

Possible nice options.

Extra pace & explosiveness is a must because apart from Dapo there's not really anybody who can carry the ball not to mention nobody offering any runs in behind to stretch defences. Doyle presses but doesn't know whether he wants to come deep or make a run behind, Baka offers a lot more than Kachunga although they both seem to like to take the easy option of turning back & playing the ball safe inside. Whether it's Politic or Amaechi or in a perfect world both they can hopefully really spice up our front line because if they start confidently then defenders can't just double up on Dapo then... they'll have three tricky talented bastards to keep at bay but for now it's easy for teams to do so on Dapo as they know Isgrove, Doyle, Kacha ect have hardly got a goal in them nor any individual brilliance so they can be left free although it's good to see Dapo adjusting to roaming finding the space on the pitch to affect the game.

Darcy started for Sogndal.

Match abandoned at 1-0 as one of their players suffered heart problems in the first half.

David Weatherston (@dweatherston11) Tweeted:

Looked like really awful incident at Sogndal tonight. Emil Palsson down with what looked like a heart issue. Taken to hospital, surprised if that game with Blink continues. Really awful. Hoping Emil is ok, makes you sick to watch

Dennis Politic played for Vale today so is cup tied should he come back and we progress.  He was subbed at half time with the score at 1-1 as Vale made a formation change (they won 5-1).

Ali Crawford played for 67 minutes in St Johnstone's 0-0 draw.  Crawford and St Johnstone want to extend his stay beyond January.

Ronan Darcy started for Sogndal but was substituted on 77 minutes in their 3-1 loss which looks to have ended their play off hopes.

Luke Hutchinson wasn’t in the Colls squad. Given BWFC didn’t want him cup-tied earlier in the season, he could be on the bench at the UniBolt tomorrow?

Hopefully.

Adam Senior scored again for Ashton Utd  (his 3rd) in their 3-0 win vs Basford..  4 straight wins on the trot.

Senior has been playing at right back for Ashton. Wonder if that’s where Evatt sees him long term.  Doesn’t look big enough at the moment to be a central defender.

My mates lad plays at Ashton, he was watching BWFC on Sunday and he said Senior is cracking lad but not ready for the step to first team level for BWFC yet.
